Finding Park City's Top Tapster with the Inaugural Bartenders' Cup

Almost since Park City was founded (1870, BTW), there's been a place in town to get an adult beverage. And during that entire time, debate has raged about who the supreme mixologist of this mountain town is.

In order to decide once and for all (or at least until next spring), we're hosting the inaugural Miller Lite PCMR Bartenders' Cup: an intense crucible that will finally determine Park City's almighty team of alewifes and give their bar or restaurant bragging rights for a year - as well as a sweet trophy.

It's happening Tuesday, April 8 and if you work at a bar or restaurant in Park City, you can sign up your team of 4 to compete. Everyone else is invited to come out and cheer on their favorite barkeep to victory.

Teams of four will pass trays of beer and faux "mocktails" between one another as they complete two legs each across an obstacle field and then our NASTAR race course. The team with the best time takes home the hardware, but keep it under control 'cause the more teams spill of their drinks, the bigger the time penalty they suffer. Awards will be handed out for Top Team Time; Best Costume; Best Individual Time and Best Crash.

The competition gets started at 1:00 on Tuesday afternoon, with on-site registration opening at noon. Want to enter your establishment? Details HERE.
