Kids Apres Activities

Unwind with the family after a day on the mountain.  Here are our best après activities that are fun for all ages!

Alpine Coaster

If you’ve been skiing at the Park City Base Area, you probably skied underneath the bridge that leads to the Alpine Coaster near Crescent chairlift.  Look up the mountain and see the track for the toboggan-style cars underneath PayDay lift.  The coaster sends its passengers on a zigzagging ride that is guaranteed to thrill and excite!

Flying Eagle Zip Line

The zipline in the Park City Base Area near Crescent chairlift gives a bird’s eye view of the resort’s bustling activities.  Passengers fly over skiers and snowboarders coming down the mountain from a 2-person seat in the sky.  The zipline will take your family’s smile to new heights!

Village Activities

Park City Base Area and Canyons Village host a variety of activities for our youngest guests.  Après activities include crafts, games, and seasonal events.  Activities change every week for new experiences and memories at the resort!

Every Saturday and Sunday, everyone is invited to join us for s’mores in the resort plaza!  We supply the ingredients and toasty fire, while you and your family supply the messy, marshmallow-covered smiles.

A crowd favorite is the Meet & Greet with Park City’s avalanche dogs!  Each Friday and Saturday throughout the winter, our furry employees showcase their skills and knowledge that help our ski patrol with avalanche mitigation and safety tasks.  The only thing our avalanche dogs love more than working on the mountain is playing on the mountain!

Ice Skating

If your little one’s legs aren’t completely worn out from their day on the slopes, head to the outdoor ice skating rink located in the lower plaza of the Park City Base Area.  Watch from the sidelines or join your kids for classic winter fun.  For the newest and youngest skaters, the rink offers complimentary skate walkers that assist with stability on the ice.
